SkaiApply exists to connect skilled tradespeople with real work. That only works if the platform is fair.
What we require of employers
Every employer on SkaiApply agrees, as a condition of posting (Terms of Service, §4), that job listings and hiring decisions must comply with all applicable equal-opportunity laws. Postings may not exclude or discourage applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic. Job requirements must be genuine requirements of the work.
What we build into the platform
- AI features (fit scores, recommendations) are advisory only and never auto-reject anyone. Prompts are constructed from work-relevant data and exclude protected characteristics.
- Every application stage change is recorded with an actor and a reason — hiring decisions on SkaiApply leave a trail.
- Anyone can report a discriminatory posting from the job page, with no account required. Reports go to a human moderation queue.
If you see discrimination
Use the “Report this job” link on any listing, or contact legal@skaiapply.com. We review every report and remove postings that violate this policy.
