IronClad is adding structural welders to our fab shop. Steady indoor work, modern equipment, and a team that cares about quality welds and clean fit-up.
What you'll do
- Weld structural steel per AWS D1.1
- Interpret welding symbols and shop drawings
- Fit and tack assemblies before final weld
- Grind and prep welds for inspection
What you need
- 3+ years structural welding
- Pass AWS D1.1 FCAW/SMAW test
- Read shop drawings and weld symbols
Nice to have
- CWB or AWS certification on file
- Overhead-crane experience
