Guardian is growing our field team. You'll inspect damage, scope losses, and write estimates that hold up. Storm season keeps us busy.
What you'll do
- Inspect property damage in the field
- Scope losses and write Xactimate estimates
- Interview policyholders and document claims
- Meet cycle-time and quality targets
What you need
- State adjuster license (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years claims or estimating
- Comfortable on roofs and in tight spaces
Nice to have
- Xactimate proficiency
- Prior catastrophe (CAT) deployment
