What you'll do
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Respond to work orders and emergency calls
- Basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Maintain accurate work-order records
What you need
- 2+ years facilities or general maintenance
- Broad hands-on repair skills
- Valid driver's license
Nice to have
- EPA 608 certification
- Universal trade knowledge
