About this role
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to run production on single-ply and modified-bitumen systems. You'll own the jobsite: crew scheduling, safety, quality, and hitting production targets while keeping the customer happy.
What you'll do
- Run daily jobsite operations for crews of 4–8
- Lay out and install TPO, EPDM, and mod-bit systems to spec
- Enforce OSHA fall-protection and jobsite safety standards
- Coordinate material deliveries and manage waste/tear-off
- Complete daily production and safety reports
What you need
- 5+ years commercial roofing experience
- 2+ years leading a crew
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with insurance-restoration work
